Hello and welcome to my website!
I am Shah Saud Alam, a self-motivated and detail-oriented mechanical engineer with more than 8 years of professional and research experience in thermal fluids, alternative fuels, internal combustion engine research, and renewable waste-to-fuel/energy conversion methods. Moreover, I have 5+ years of experimental internal combustion engine research and combustion modeling experience (in MATLAB and Python).
Currently, I work at Cummins as a simulation engineer and am on track to attain a professional engineer (PE) license. Earlier, I graduated with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas focusing on the feedstock-to-tailpipe analysis of soybean-derived biodiesel and its glycerol byproduct.
